Red Door Home Staging is a minority and woman-owned business founded by Samantha Samoeun and Merced Mendez. The two entrepreneurs have always had a passion for real estate and interior home design.
Samantha began her career in home renovation and home staging when she first purchased a home in Orange County, California. She was able to lease the property 40% higher than the average home in her community. Throughout the years, Samantha has piloted a successful real estate portfolio and began expanding her work with many homeowners, realtors, investors, and developers.
Merced Mendez is an accomplished wedding stylist and event planner with a degree in business and marketing. She has over ten years of experience in a leadership role, styling, and design. Merced ‘s hunger in expanding her talents brought her to staging her first home in North Tustin California. Her boundless creativity and keen eyes to color palette and symmetry has brought great success.
The two entrepreneurs bond a friendship with the common goal to help homeowners, investors, developers and realtors to maximize their return of investment.
